Modulor took on the challenge as a strategic partner, designing a comprehensive solution to facilitate its territorial expansion quickly, coherently, and efficiently.

Challenge

The brand needed more than just a store: it required a system adaptable to multiple locations, capable of: Faithfully representing the global design values of Apple. Integrating seamlessly into shopping centers with different layouts. Being transported, assembled, and disassembled without civil works, lengthy timelines, or the need for specialized technical staff. The challenge was to develop functional furniture that was aesthetically aligned with the Apple universe while also responding to the conditions of the Peruvian and Latin American markets.

 

Solutions

From our expertise in strategic design and retail, we developed a modular system composed of more than 300 pieces of metal, glass, and recycled cardboard. Each component was designed to fit perfectly within a system that:

Assembles and disassembles in just 3 hours.

Is easily transportable and reconfigurable.

Is sustainable, efficient, and visually consistent with international standards.

This system not only addresses an operational need but also visually translates the brand values, creating a shopping experience aligned with the Apple universe, with an execution optimized for the local market.

Outcome

Immediate Scalability and International Expansion: Thanks to this solution, the brand achieved rapid territorial growth in Peru, opening multiple points of sale in various formats. Its operational efficiency and refined aesthetic also facilitated its expansion into markets such as Mexico, demonstrating that when design is strategic, it can become a driver of regional growth. Franchise Potential: The system designed became a scalable retail platform, replicable without losing brand quality or essence.
