In a context where digitalization is redefining the interaction between brands and customers, DMK—a brand specialized in IoT solutions for urban and smart environments—was looking for a physical space that would connect technology with experience, demonstrating how its products improve daily life and optimize operations for both businesses and homes.

Brief

In a context where digitalization is redefining the interaction between brands and customers, DMK—a brand specialized in IoT solutions for urban and smart environments—was looking for a physical space that would connect technology with experience, demonstrating how its products improve daily life and optimize operations for both businesses and homes.

Challenge

To design a physical touchpoint that functions as both a showroom and an experience center, where visitors can explore, interact, and understand the tangible value of intangible solutions such as sensors, automation systems, and digital connectivity.

 

Solutions

We activated the design as a strategic tool to communicate innovation and functionality:

Tech-activated spaces: Each area was equipped with functional IoT devices, allowing visitors to experience the real-time impact of technology.

User-centered design: An intuitive layout was created, guiding visitors smoothly from exploration to understanding the benefits of each solution.

Materiality and signage with digital storytelling: Technological materials and interactive graphics link innovation and usability concepts with the brand’s identity.

Light and connectivity as a visual language: Smart lighting and synchronized screens reinforce the message of efficiency, control, and comfort.

Outcome

DMK's new showroom has become an iconic space in Lima's tech retail scene, creating an immersive experience that translates innovation into trust. Thanks to the design and spatial narrative, users quickly understand how the products impact their daily lives, facilitating purchasing decisions, generating qualified leads, and strengthening DMK's positioning as a leader in accessible, high-impact IoT solutions across Latin America.
