When experience design comes before interior design. A space designed by Modulor that blends gastronomy, cocktail culture, and celebration.
Brief
The client sought to transform an old mansion into a restobar aimed at a contemporary adult audience. The proposal needed to integrate signature cocktails, gourmet cuisine, and an entertainment experience with multiple differentiated environments, inspired by the vibrant and bohemian style of San Telmo, Argentina.
Challenge
To intervene in a heritage mansion without losing its essence, creating contrasting yet connected spaces that respond to acoustic, structural, and sensory requirements.
Solutions
An experiential journey was designed in which each space expresses its own character within a coherent narrative—from the social bar to the party bunker—integrating lighting, materials, and acoustics as integral elements of the design.
Outcome
The project transformed the mansion into a fluid and memorable experience, increasing visitor dwell time and consolidating the transition from a gastronomic space to a playful one without losing its original identity.
