With iStore’s return to Peru—and its subsequent evolution into what we now know as iShop—a unique opportunity emerged to redefine the operating model in technology retail.

Modulor took on the challenge as a strategic partner, designing a comprehensive solution to enable its territorial expansion in a fast, consistent, and efficient way.
Challenge
The brand required a system adaptable to multiple locations, capable of:
Faithfully representing Apple’s global design values.
Integrating seamlessly and quickly into shopping malls with different layouts.
Enabling transport, assembly, and disassembly without the need for civil works, extended timelines, or specialized technical staff.
The challenge was to develop furniture that was both functional and aesthetically aligned with the Apple universe, while also responding to the conditions and dynamics of the Peruvian and broader Latin American market.
Solutions
A modular system was developed, consisting of more than 300 components made of metal, glass, and recycled cardboard. Each element was designed to fit seamlessly within a system that:
Can be assembled and disassembled in just 3 hours.
Is easily transportable and reconfigurable.
Is sustainable, efficient, and visually consistent with international standards.
