The Cole Haan store in Lima was designed and implemented under a turnkey model—a retail project that blends elegance, functionality, and strategic expansion.

Brief

The project aimed to regionalize Cole Haan’s global brand experience in the Peruvian market, preserving the brand’s look & feel and ensuring execution aligned with its international guidelines.
