Challenge

To deliver the rollout in 60 days, from kick-off, briefing, and design through to the implementation of a fully operational store.

Solutions

The project was carried out under a fast-track methodology, using BIM technology throughout the design, development, and implementation phases.. 

Outcome

Objectives achieved, project completed, and 100% operational readiness, strengthening our relationship as exclusive suppliers for Converse in Peru.
