Fila aims to maintain analytics and traceability of the digital channel by integrating the shopping experience into the physical space.

Brief

The brand wanted to make an impact in the Latin American market with a store that creates a direct emotional connection with the audience, fostering a sense of belonging with the brand and its product line.

Challenge

Maintain consistency between the digital and physical channels, ensuring that the shopping experience is seamless and coherent across both spaces.

Solutions

An interconnected experience system was designed, based on 90’s pop culture. Gamification and advanced technology were used to create a continuous value flow, allowing customers to interact with the brand in a dynamic and engaging way. Additionally, tools were implemented to collect and analyze data from both channels, optimizing the shopping experience.

Outcome

  • This design significantly increased user satisfaction, providing an authentic and consistent experience.
  • The integration of valuable data improved decision-making and personalization, driving engagement and sales.
  • The physical store not only preserved the essence of the digital channel but also became a benchmark in the Peruvian market.
